Delivered a private digital marketing masterclass for a curated group of selected entrepreneurs under Google’s Gapura Digital & Women Will initiatives. Facilitated in-depth discussions on growth strategy, customer acquisition frameworks, and scalable digital marketing execution tailored to participants’ business models.

Invited as a speaker under Google Indonesia’s Gapura Digital initiative to deliver digital marketing, online business strategy, and growth optimization training for university students and entrepreneurs in Central Java. Presented practical modules on marketplace strategy, paid advertising fundamentals, content positioning, and leveraging Google products for scalable business growth.

Facilitated interactive learning sessions during Google Gapura Digital workshops, encouraging participant engagement through live case discussions and practical exercises. Recognized and awarded the most active participant to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented learning environment.

Directed packaging innovation and retail display optimization, aligning product presentation with consumer behavior insights and distribution efficiency requirements. Initiated 220ml variant expansion strategy to penetrate price-sensitive, high-frequency purchase segments, enabling scalable volume growth and improved market competitiveness.

Conducted strategic alignment and team bonding session with the newly formed creative team to ensure cohesive execution of national digital marketing campaigns. Focused on aligning campaign objectives, creative direction, and performance marketing strategy to support revenue growth and advertising efficiency.

Invited as a speaker and trainer for the E-Commerce Training Program organized by the Department of Industry, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Kendal Regency. Delivered structured modules on digital marketing fundamentals, marketplace optimization, and online business growth strategies to support SME digital transformation initiatives.

Designed and implemented AI-powered automation systems to support research, content engineering, and scalable marketing execution across FASTISON’s perfume brands. Integrated AI tools to transform ordinary product visuals into studio-quality assets and convert static images into engaging marketing videos, significantly improving content production efficiency and creative scalability.

At FASTISON Perfumery, creativity extends beyond packaging and product visuals. Each fragrance is conceptually designed to reflect natural elements and sensory storytelling. Through curated visual direction and thematic presentation, we translate scent profiles into immersive nature-inspired narratives — allowing customers to emotionally connect with the fragrance before even experiencing it physically.

Participated in executive-level internal session alongside the Main Director and Operational Director, addressing employees and aligning strategic direction across operational teams. Contributed to leadership communication initiatives focused on organizational alignment, performance culture reinforcement, and growth-oriented execution strategy.

Delivered digital marketing and online business training under Google’s Gapura Digital & Women Will initiatives, supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable digital growth strategies. Facilitated interactive discussions, practical case reviews, and hands-on exercises focused on marketplace optimization, content positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
